TITLE: Preparation Underway

DESCRIPTION: Steve Berg prepares additional audio/visual technology for the Alumni Event. The plasma screen is configured to broadcast the video from the speakers throughout the lobby and Information Commons to ensure every guest will be able to view the speeches from Mel Schiavelli, Mayor Reed and Daniel Rohrer from SAGE. Wireless Microphones were also set-up to bring the audio into the Information Commons.
