PolyVision’s breakthrough ēno™ solution combines the simplicity and ease of a traditional ceramicsteel surface with interactive performance. ēno™  requires no cords, cables or costly installation.  ēno™ lets you go from markers to multimedia and from ink to internet. Project your computer screen onto the whiteboard. Navigate through documents, presentations or Web sites. Make notes to your heart’s content with a regular dry-erase marker or interactive stylus. And in one simple click, save all the interactive notes to post to a server, print or email. Reload the session tomorrow morning, and dig in again. It’s that simple.

Exacq congratulated SAGE for an outstanding booth at the Pennsylvania Educational Technology Expo and Conference (PETE&C). SAGE has long been involved in the sales, integration and service of A/V and IT equipment to schools in central Pennsylvania, and has become a leading local integrator for access control and video surveillance into schools. At PETE&C, attended by Pennsylvania educators, administrators and IT personnel, SAGE demonstrated the cost benefits of moving to megapixel IP cameras and reducing camera count, as well as the ease-of-use and cross-platform capability of exacqVision devices.

A jewelry store's upgraded Exacq/IQinVision surveillance system caught an entire crime on video: a man stole a $47,000 engagement ring without anyone realizing that it had disappeared. After positively identifying the man stealing the ring, the CCTV installer exported the video to a CD for the police department and created a still photo for the local newspapers. Once the picture appeared in the local papers, it took only two days for the police to apprehend the suspect. The owner of the jewelry store was impressed. “With our old CCTV system, we would not have been able to catch this guy and our ring would be gone,” the store owner said.

Across the nation, educators are reporting success with Qwizdom. Qwizdom's range of market-leading interactive classroom solutions are designed to engage and motivate students while giving the teacher the tools to monitor and record student progress. SAGE integrates Qwizdom’s handheld voting systems with Qwizdom software, Microsoft PowerPoint and other applications for display on interactive whiteboards, including the revolutionary ēno™ .

“I use Qwizdom for my weekly quizzes and test reviews. More students come to my review sessions when I offer to play a Qwizdom game rather than when I am just available to answer questions. I was surprised at how crazy college students are for the game review format. And since it’s so easy to include photos and diagrams I’m able to include lab practical type questions on reviews and quizzes. I plan to use Qwizdom for many years to come.” -Leanna Smith, Freshman Biology, South Plains College, TX
