The Q6 student remote is Qwizdom's greatest leap towards full classroom collaboration. Like the Q5, it supports text input, replicating a major form of communication for the PlayStation generation. (SAGE is currently howling for T9 support to mimic mobile text-messaging even more closely, and Qwizdom is looking into it). While the Q6 unit maintains the affordability of the Q4, it's got a bigger screen and additional premade curriculum slides. What does this mean for your classroom? It means that whether you present questions on paper, on-screen or out loud, your students can enter responses with even more familiarity than you have, allowing easier lesson management and greater anonymity. If students need help, they can let you know without risking embarrassment or falling behind. And when they succeed, you'll record their triumphs instantly. Just don't try to use it underwater.
