Effortless management. Assimilated technology. Relevant, practical interfaces. Give your judges the gift of simple, seamless courtroom A/V control. SAGE works closely with administrators and members of the bench, helping facility staff to rapidly master new devices and bring order to the court.

Video teleconferencing gives you the capability for remote witness testimony, avoiding the expense and inconvenience of bringing them to court. Converged devices present electronic evidence and automate legal processes. Touchpanel controls manage your entire A/V system with a customized graphical user interface (GUI) designed to seamlessly integrate technology into the normal flow of court proceedings with minimal interruption.

Increase courtroom accessibility with language interpretation and ADA-approved, bilingual Assisted Listening technologies. Infrared audio signals make the proceedings accessible to hearing-impaired participants but confine data to the courtroom, ensuring confidentiality.

Judges' and clerks' touchpanels pre-select destinations for video display, preview, and then queue the video before sending images out. All electronic evidence displays—high-definition displays, multi-zone audio systems, interactive whiteboards, and drop-down video projectors and screens—can be controlled entirely by the judge or entrusted to the court clerk. In the jury box, members can have personal LCD monitors for excellent viewing. At the bench, conferencing systems can transmit information to the clerk but still mask sidebar sound. A mobile evidence podium, equipped with touchscreen annotation monitors, allows for attorney and witness markup of electronic evidence.

During higher-profile cases with many spectators, A/V signals can be routed to other courthouse areas. A simple selection can activate Court Overflow Routing to a separate hearing room. This is also helpful when the gallery disrupts the flow of the court proceedings. In case of hostile witnesses, the defendant can be kept in holding cells and still be part of the trial.

Via VPN, administrators can monitor system status and projector bulb life or switch everything on and off remotely. Password-controlled, browser-based login protects your system from unauthorized access.
